Flu Vaccination Winter 2020-2021

If you are aged 18 to 64 and in the at risk group, you should have received a text message inviting you to book you flu vaccination appointment. If you have not received a text message, please phone reception to confirm we have your correct contact details and book your appointment.

If you are aged 65 and over, you will receive a letter to attend our Sunday flu clinic. Please ensure you attend with your letter otherwise we will not be able to see you. If you have not received your letter by Friday 18th September, please phone reception. 

Please be assured we will be operating a socially distanced queuing system with strict infection control measures to reduce the risk of covid-19, to support this please ensure you wear your own face covering and attend on the following times depending on the first letter of your last name:

                  A – F     9am – 10.30am          G – L     11am – 12.30pm

                  M – R 1.30pm – 3pm               S- Z      3.30pm – 5pm

Should you be unable to attend on this date please contact the surgery to book an appointment with one of our Healthcare Assistants. Please wear clothes which will make it easy for you to expose one for your shoulders.

Remember, without the letter we will not be able to vaccinate you.

Aged 17 and under, you will receive a text message to book into one of our clinics.
