Register for Online Services
Our online service allows you to book or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your allergies, immunisation history, test results and some consultations.
You will need to register at http://www.patient.co.uk/patient-access to access this service and then once registered you will be asked to come in to the surgery with proof of ID in order for us to activate your online account.
When patients are registering to use the service they should not use a shared email address. For example, if a husband and wife have separate accounts but use the same email address, both will see all online appointment booking confirmations and reminders for both accounts.
You do not need a registration letter from the surgery to register for this service.
